Debone a Chicken Thigh in 1 minute
Handling meat can be tricky for kitchen newbies. Let's start with something simple—deboning chicken legs. Here's how to quickly and easily remove the bone without any fuss.
We've put together a video showing the chicken leg deboning process, and we really hope it helps you out!
First, Cut off the cartilage at the top of the chicken thigh.
Then, Use your hands to pull away the tendons attached to the bone—this shouldn't take much effort.
If the tendons don't break easily, use a knife to slice through them--These are the tough tendons connected to the cartilage that haven't been fully cut.
Finally, cut the tendons at the base where the cartilage is attached to the meat.
