Step 1: Preparation

• Cut the onion and bell pepper into small pieces.

Step 2: Stir-Frying

• Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
• Add the minced meat and stir-fry until it's about ​70-80% cooked. You can use high or medium ​heat.
• Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, and stir-​fry until they become slightly translucent.
• Reduce to low heat, then add a generous amount ​of tomato paste, ketchup, salt, and pepper. You ​can also add other spices to taste.

• Add tomato paste / chopped tomatoes until the ​broth shows a reddish-orange color.

Step 3: Stewing

• Add a large amount of water and stew over ​medium heat for at least 40 minutes, stirring ​every 8-10 minutes. Ensure the water doesn't dry ​up.
• In the meantime, cook the pasta.

Step 4: Plating

• After stewing for 40 minutes, let the sauce thicken ​until it reaches the consistency shown in the ​picture.
• Serve the pasta, pour the sauce over it, and ​sprinkle with grated cheese.
